With an academic experience across three decades, Bhumika Malviya has a rich, deep and comprehensive experience towards the holistic growth of her students.
She has guided the growth of students in ICSE and CBSE Schools across different states in India.
She is Masters in English Literature and her never ending quest for knowledge makes her pursue Masters in History.
She has developed and executed the trainings of courses for teachers, as an academic trainer and psychology trainer for pre-primary teachers. She was appointed as one of the youngest CBSE Resource person in her Zone back in 2023.
While she a teacher she won accolades in her connect with her students and as a school coordinator she was the most cordial one, during her HOD& Vice-principal period in various schools she ensured the best output from her staff and with years of experience as principal she is in all details dedicated to create an experience filled learning zone for her students where they feel welcomed and the passion to excel becomes intrinsic factor.
Her vision is to see her students leading the world as if the world is one home. In her words “Humans learn deep details in various subjects in real world and then put them into books, there is a not just one world there are many worlds and eras in books, now this is a task of an academician to select correct books and then make sure that those books are explained to the students the way they were authored and along with that the application of that knowledge in today’s dynamic world.” The responsibility of an Academic Head has grown further, Bhumika Malviya believes that today it is her passion to access the effective utilization of todays knowledge in the future’s everchanging multifaced real world, because her students will have to adapt the change faster than ever in the history of the earth.
She is committed to providing holistic education to the students under her care and in moulding them into learners for life, aiming is to create curious, enquiring minds who eagerly explore ideas and concepts and can communicate them confidently and effectively. By providing them varied experiences and perspectives, she hope to develop students into global citizens who appreciate differences and will nurture the planet and
